Stay Healthy! Covid19 Notice

Dear Concord Art Community,
WE WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL APRIL 7, 2020
In an effort to be proactive and to do our part in keeping the Concord Art community healthy and thriving, I would like to ask our members and especially our students to follow some practical guidelines regarding Covid-19
1: We have not had any members or students report that they have the virus. If you do have the virus, we would appreciate you letting us know.
2: Please remember that if you are not feeling well, stay home and get better!
3: Please refrain from coming to Concord Art if you have had recent foriegn travel or have any suspicions about carrying the virus.
4: We will be wiping down multiple touch surfaces with disinfectant every day and ask that you please follow the guidelines presented by the CDC https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/downloads/workplace-school-and-home-guidance.pdf especially washing your hands for 20 seconds in order to protect yourself and others.
5: Our policy regarding classes and workshops remains the same. Students can withdraw from a class 10 days prior and receive a refund less a processing fee. They can also withdraw with a doctor’s note after the 10 day mark. https://www.concordart.org/school/cancellation-policy
6: There will be a temporary change in our stated cancellation policy. If Concord Art needs to cancel a class or workshop due to closure or teacher illness because of Covid-19, students will be notified asap and will be given a full credit. We will also reschedule the class or workshop.
7: Please check our website for updates at concordart.org
Many thanks for your cooperation and please do all you can to stay healthy,
Kate
