Rental Contract + Guidlines
Important Guidelines
- Event setup can begin after 4:30 PM(gallery closing time)
- Renter/caterer is responsible for all setup and cleanup, including trash and recycling removal from premises.
- Concord Art staff member will be present at all times during event to answer questions and provide security.
- Please no smoking on the premises
- Music is not permitted in the garden area after 10PM, nor indoors after 11PM due to the residential nature of the neighborhood.
- No open flames including birthday candles and sterno.
- Please clean up any glitter, throwing rice, confetti, etc.
- Concord Art must approve layout of event at least one week prior to the event.
