Rental Spaces + Floor Plans
The John Ball House is the historic home of Concord Art. Renting the entire building includes
the Roberts Gallery as well the two first-floor galleries, French and Abbott, each measuring 21 x 20 feet with original paneling and fireplaces. The building can accommodate 65 people for a buffet, 80 for a sit down dinner and 100 for a reception. We only rent the building during closed hours. (Gallery hours are Tuesdays through Saturdays, 10a to 4:30p, and Sundays, noon to 4p.)
The Roberts Gallery (upstairs)
The Roberts Gallery is spacious and architecturally significant. It is 30 x 40 feet and on the second floor, with a turn of the century ceiling skylight, hardwood floors and art on the walls. It is equipped with built-in speakers, screen and presentation system. There is a lift for handicap accessibility.

The Abbott and French Galleries (downstairs)
The Abbott and French Galleries are on the first floor flanking the center entrance to the building. They are 21 x 20 feet each. They are perfect for cocktails and a stationary bar.
The Loring Coleman Studio (downstairs)
The Loring Coleman Room is used as a classroom and art studio. It is 24 x 24 feet and overlooks our bluestone patio, sculptures, lush plantings and trees, an ancient stone wall and a lovely waterfall. It is good for a small party, class or conference. Capacity: 40 people.
