“MIX IT” AT GALLERY 175, Pawtucket

GALLERY 175 is featuring the work of three artists, Ann-Marie Gillett, Cynthia Brody, and John DeMelim, who use an interesting and creative mix of mediums in their work. The exhibit, MIX IT, will be on view from May 7 to June 23, 2017 in the Blackstone Valley Visitor Center in downtown Pawtucket.

Richard McElroy

Richard McElroy is pleased to announce he is the recipient of the artist-in-residency at Lake Clark National Park, Alaska. It will be two weeks at Chulitna Lodge, a fly-in wilderness resort. The park is an isolated, roadless area of over 4 million acres with some of the most spectacular scenery in the state.

Kate Hanlon

Kate’s white line woodcut Witch Hollow will be included in “New England on Paper: Contemporary Art in the Boston Athenaeum’s Prints and Photographs Department”, on display April 6 through September 3, 2017. The public is invited to view the exhibit and hear remarks by curator Catharina Slautterback at a reception on Wed., April 5th, 5:30-7:30.
