Prospectus: Concord Carlisle Gardens Calendar

IMAGES OF CONCORD CARLISLE GARDENS WANTED!

The Concord Art Association with sponsorship from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announces a call for Concord and Carlisle Garden Views to be juried for inclusion in a 2011 calendar. Please bring in your submissions depicting your favorite views of Carlisle or Concord’s gardens – vegetable, flower, contemporary or historic, realistic or abstract. We’ll have a panel of jurors from the Concord Art Association judge the contest and select twelve winners, one for every month of the year, plus a cover image.

Eligibility:
Open to all residents of Concord or Carlisle and members of the Concord Art Association.

Submission Requirements:
Please submit your paintings, prints or photos, either color or black and white, of Concord or Carlisle gardens.
The views should be in a horizontal format, since the completed calendar will be 5.5 inches high by 8.5 inches wide. Samples of previous years’ calendars can be viewed at Concord Art Association.

Maximum of two pieces per artist, not to exceed 36” in any direction.

Delivery Dates:
Tuesday, July 20, 2010 from 10am to 4:00pm or Wednesday, July 21, from noon to 7pm.

Pick-up Work:
Friday, August 6 from noon to 4pm or Saturday, August 7 from 10am to 4:30pm.

Entry Fee:
$5 per artist for up to two pieces.
