STUDENT/TEACHER EXHIBITION PROSPECTUS

Exhibition Dates: June 17 - August 13, 2010

Reception: Thursday, June 17, 6-8pm

Eligibility:
Open to any student of Concord Art who has taken a class, participated in a workshop or drawing session during the period of September 2009–June 2010.

Entries:
Students may submit ONE piece of work created in EACH class taken.
Teachers are encouraged to submit 1-2 pieces.

Fee:
There is no entry fee for this exhibition.

Artwork:
Any piece to be hung must be properly wired for hanging and cannot be larger than 55” in any direction. Artwork may be priced for selling, if desired. Please note when pricing your work that Concord Art Association receives a one-third commission.

Delivery date:
Tuesday, June 15, 10:00-5:00pm

Pickup artwork:
Friday, August 13 (10:30-4:30) and Saturday, August 14 (10:30-4:30

•Please make sure to fill out both sections “A and B” for EACH piece.
