Connected and Consequential - A Conference for Artists, Activists, Academics and Civic Leaders. Appleton Mills, an affordable rental apartment project for artists in downtown Lowell, is accepting applications. Monthly rents range from approximately $794 for a studio to $954 for a two-bedroom townhouse. Artists will have a preference over non-artists in the application process.
