The Concord Art Association proudly presents the Frances N. Roddy Open Competition. Now in its 12th year, the Roddy Competition honors a beloved member of the Concord Art community, Franny Roddy, sculptor, watercolorist, gardener, friend and generous supporter of the arts in the region.

Over 580 pieces were submitted by member and non-member artists throughout the New England region. Juror, Ellen Miller, had the challenging task of selecting the 89 pieces of work for the exhibit.

At the opening reception on September 15, Kate Roddy, grand-daughter of Frances N. Roddy and juror, Ellen Miller, awarded seven prizes to the following artists:
